The fully furnished combined kitchen and living room with a cosy dining area invites you to sit together. A pellet wood burner provides even more cosy warmth for our guests.
Apartment Resi

The apartment Resi is located on the upper floor of the manor house.
The furnishings are colour-coordinated for a perfect sense of well-being. The living area features 5 bedrooms with double or twin beds, each with a bathroom/toilet and its own balcony, as well as a fully equipped combined kitchen and living room with a cosy dining area. A pellet wood burner provides even more cosy warmth for our guests.
The spacious combined kitchen and living room is located on the ground floor and it provides enough space for dinner parties of up to 25 people. The spacious terrace enhances the feelings of happiness and well-being at all times.

In addition to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace, there is also a single bedroom with its own bathroom and small kitchenette. The ground floor can be combined with the apartment Resi or rented as an ensemble with Kathi and Resi together for a total of 25 people.
A lift is available in the house for all guests. Shoe storage, a toilet and a ski room. Also your four-legged friends are very welcome at our manor house.
On request and for a fee as well as with advance reservation: Kasnocken (cheese dumplings) evening, Rent a Cook, transfer from/to Salzburg or Munich airport, transfer from/to the railway station in Schladming or Salzburg.
